Message: If PTSC owned half the license - the the 3.5% should come only from TPL...

If PTSC did buy out TPL/Moore (not likely as was hinted) does anyone believe that the current PTSC management is truly capable of running a licensing program?

The sense is that we just need to get through the next few months as the wheels of justice slowly turn. When dividend are eventually (hopefully?) annouced, this should lift off once again.

The frustration is, and seems to always have been, not having any visibility as to what is happening on some measured basis beyond the excellent sleuthing provided by those tireless souls who scour the court documents of little glimmers of light. (a hearty Thank You! for your efforts)

It seems from the paperwork that Brown's fight is with TPL and it appears that TPL has multiple streams of revenue from which to pay (repay?) him for the judgment but it also seems that Brown now may need to queue up behind those who individuals were the developers/investors in those other revenue generating entities, which seems just.

Still in his getting ~8 million judgement for ~250K(?) investment (if I read it right) it seems that Brown is doing much more than just all right. Most risk investors are happy just to make a 2X or 3X profit (or perhaps more commonly, happy with just getting their initial investment back).
