Headfake or someone(s) being very careful? Before market open, bid/ask were above last trade. Early on, b/a was .13x.14. For that reason, maybe mm's smell somethin in the wind. Or again, perhaps some penny website or newsletter just gave PTSC a little hype. No follow thru so far. good luck
