Incompetant?

Why?

The agorcom come crowed had lots of pet peeves before the Big Run up in 2005 (or so).

1. "We want divies"

The BOD authorized Divies

2. "We need experts to run "PTSC"

The BOD set out to hire experts including a new CEO

3. "One Trick Pony" we need to acquire companies"

BOD started to acquire companies, and I suspect that one of the members here went to work for the BOD and made suggestions, that impacted thier decision on what companies to buy along with David Phol, Pole, phol (what ever way his name was spelled LOL).

At the expert advice of David Phol, PTSC acquired companies, it was David duty to do the necessary Due Diligence, hence we are were we are with The BOD lack of respect from the Agoracom crowd.

The Point is that your point does not take into consideration all the points necessary to come to a logical conclusion since you only look at things as the rest of the arm chair critics.

Bear in Mind that when PTSC hired the former CEO's agorcom crowd was all supportive of each and everyone of them and their actions, by posting the CEOs pictures and past accomplishments etc.

Conclusion:

Agoracom Crowd is no longer being listened to by "PTSC" the influence and guidence that it once had has been written off by the BOD as bad advice because no matter what the BOD did to try to please its shareholders.......they are never happy and became so crticle of the BOD that the BOD basically gave the forum posters the middle finger.

Hopefully when the CASH hits the Fan, the BOD will hire REAL experts to make this stock fly
