Wow, the us-american patent system amazes me.

We had a Markman some years ago, two Markmans in 2012 and now the fourth in 2013 - and all for the SAME patents.

Is it me who is crazy or this patent system?

Incredible...no wonder the company couldn't release a PR in light of this upcoming threat...
