I posted about half an hour ago and the post has mysteriously disappeared, even though it showed up right after I hit the Post Message button.

To wit: The court has denied TPL`s request for another 60 days. TPL is to come up with an amended pleading later this month, if it still wants to substitute itself as plaintiff. And new CMC has been scheduled for November 9.
