We are shareholders, thus owners of a portion of the MMP. As owners, we should be able to file for summary judgement against any company we feel is infringing our patents. Our right to Discovery in such a filing would enable us to all the information currently held by TPL.

Let's go for it. Ron, how 'bout you make the filing?
