Personally, I don't want an SHM until say July or August of 2013. I want to know the comprehensive plan after the major hurdles will be lept at the NDoC and ITC. If we lose in those venues then who cares? If we win then one would expect a well organized SHM. If we win and substantial money is made, I would suggest the company start a hedge fund or buy 100s of McDs and get into an easier profession than tech development and IP licensing.
