My take on it is very clear and concise. I called the company and spoke with Cliff. I asked him about the pr and he said the legal counsel for us advised him not to yet. If they think it will be detrimental to our case then we have to abide by that. Whatever reason they have for not releasing it is in our best interests imo. It is one battle in a long war the goal is to win the war.
