An Apology, Explanation and Yet......

I have reread a few of my recent post and was ashamed.
Although I have purposely attempted to remain in the background for the past year or so I have not been the wallflower that some of my incoherent post indicate I should have been. I apologize for post which are often rambling, incoherent and grammatically at the level of a third grader, along with my spelling errors I am truly humiliated. My excuse though honest and legitimate is that as I am undergoing long term medical treatments. I fear my thoughts though cogent (to me), are not being translated into the earth shattering and outstanding intelligent post I believe them to be.
And now the and yet....
After reading 12007s 9:48am post of today I realize that the legal profession (sorry Ron) put me to shame when it comes to rambling or coming to a point. I read that post several times regarding Delaware laws regarding the methodology of holding ASM's and that short post by itself gave me a headache. What should have been a simple explanation of how, when and why a ASM should be held and what the consequences are of not holding one Delaware decided to make what should be simple not... something I am an expert at.
To continue.... Ron and Brian and many others bring up specific points that should be of concern and interest to all shareholders and of utmost concern to our Corporate leadership.
The concerns from these two gentlemen regarding PR's and approaching end times of our patents (when the music stops and the chairs are all gone) for some reason bring out argumentative post from some on this board. These argumentative post imo are non productive or at the very least take us away from constructive action. To disagree is productive but to argue for the sake of arguing is imo non productive.
Without this information as Brian, Ron and others have pointed out why would any potential investor seek to park funds into ownership of a company which does not allow it's corporate owners even an indication of what they intend to do regarding the approaching patent ending cliff we are quickly approaching.
I promise I will attempt to limit my posting to a minimum as even I have a problem as I stated earlier understanding what I am attempting to say in my recent post. However, please folks I would like to urge you all to attempt to keep personal attacks against fellow shareholders to a minimum. By attacking some of our most sincere, knowledgable and generous (with their time and expertise) PTSC Agora board members does not contribute to a the solution we all seek. Attack me if you need to but leave those who contribute alone as they are sincerely attempting to get us to work together toward a common goal.
If you disagree with Ron or Brian (I am only using them as examples as they do seem to attract the most vitriol) or any of the other outstandign posters (Lamb, Huntington, Laurie, BaN etc etc...), that is more then your right and I am sure they would all agree that they are not perfect, but disagree in a manner that is productive and leads to solutions or new avenues of information so that even though it is getting late and it is getting dark we may still, collectively working as a team, come up with some conclusions that may right this ship or at the very least allow us to make these years we have spent together fiscally productive rather then argumentative and fiscally a loss.
Folks, we are not the politicans in DC that in my opinion are running our Country into the ground. We are smarter then they are and therefore I believe an answer to righting our ship is out there if we leave our egos at the door, and realize that there is always a way out and we can find it of that I am certain..... if we work together. If you wonder why I am still postitive well I believe in Gos and therefore miracles, we have has home many reexams by the USPO and how many successful MH's and how many nusiance settlements and who is our partner(s) Swartz and Leckrone's and yet we are still here.
As the little boy said before he jumped into the pile of manure..... with so much s**t there has to be a pony in there somewhere!
