RESPONDENTS HTC CORP. AND HTC AMERICA, INC.’S TENTATIVE LIST OF WITNESSES TO BE CALLED AT THE HEARING
Pursuant to Order Nos. 7 and 15, Respondents HTC Corporation and HTC America, Inc.
(collectively, “Respondents” or “HTC”) tentatively identify the following witnesses that may be
called to testify at the hearing in the evidentiary hearing either live, through witness statements,
or by deposition, as HTC chooses or the Administrative Law Judge permits. By listing a witness
below, HTC is not representing that it will bring that witness to the hearing to testify live.

HTC reserves the right to call one or more corporate designees of companies that
manufacture components associated with any microprocessor interfaces that are subsequently
accused by Complainants. HTC reserves the right to call any additional witnesss(es) necessitated
by any prehearing or hearing rulings by the Administrative Law Judge. HTC reserves the right
to call and/or examine any witness listed on the witness list of Complainants, other
Respondent(s), and/or of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, and also reserves the right to
call rebuttal witnesses who may not be listed herein. HTC reserves the right to call additional
witnesses to provide foundational testimony should any party contest the authenticity or
admissibility of any material proffered at the evidentiary hearing. HTC reserves the right to
substitute one or more additional witnesses should one of HTC’s designated witnesses become
unavailable. Additionally, as discovery is ongoing, HTC reserves the right to amend this list as
necessary based on further discovery and investigation.
