Subsequent events, perhaps Barco? If PDS records revenue at the time the license is signed (supposedly on Nov 30 or 29), could it be that PTSC didn't receive its distribution on that date but instead received it on Dec 3 as referenced in subsequent events?

8. Subsequent Events

On December 3, 2012 we received a distribution of $350,000 from PDS.

On December 21, 2012 we received $7,012 from PDS in repayment of our accounts receivable from affiliate balance.
