I beleive the only thing this means is they want to skip the court ordered settlement personally and call it in. It is not an extra settlement meeting it is an attempt to satisfy the court order of a second settlement conference with the least amount of effort. If they wanted to settle and call us up they wouldn't need the court to give them permission. IMO
