Message: Brown vs TPL

It is my belief that the 3.5% owed to Brown is due on all new licenses going forward. The new licensing agreement will reduce DL's ongoing liability to Brown from 3.5% of total Licnese amount to just 3.5% of TPL's half.

The renegotiated licensing agreement doesn't impact on whether TPL declares bankruptcy or Brown's ability to collect what is owed to him presently or in the future. That is what the alter ego litigation is all about. Brown wants to be able to collect from DL's personal assests, should TPL declare bankruptcy at some point. Which is unlikely to happen as long as TPL is half owner and the MMP still has value.

All in my opinion, correction welcomed.
