PDS is the licensing authority as revealed in the Sierra Wireless license.I, as would most shareholders, prefer PDS being responsible for licensing as opposed to TPL having sole responsiblility.Why would anyone consider keeping TPL in charge for the benefit of a third party? I certainly wouldn't consider that in the best interests of PTSC shareholders?

If Brown deserves to obtain 3.5% of the total MMP license amount, as some here seem to think, the court would not have allowed the option to work around it. And if the court erred in its ruling, that is not something that PTSC is required to determine and/or fix.
