Unfortunately that won't be much use if the "Settlement Agreement" included wording to absolve TPL etc of any and all wrongdoing heretofor. Given that, per our acting CEO and real CFO, TPL/Leckrone insisted on Confidentiality as a requirement of the Settlement then it's not a stretch to believe that he insisted on Absolution too.
