I tend to agree that the markets may not care. However, if Leckrone (take your pick which one) has been keeping agreements locked in the drawer awaiting an outcome with Moore, then perhaps we will begin to see that wave of licenses again, followed by an announcement by PTSC that they will implement the dividend again. This year's shareholder meeting might prove to be better than the last one or two.
