You're underlining the wrong part, "persuant to the agreement" the co. and TPL agreed to certain allocations to Alliasence. This is the old one. The new one says "further" TPL agreed to certain allocations to Alliasence. So it is cya, by the bod and the floral one. This one was written by PTSC whereas the other one was probably written by their boss. So you people that felt so bad for the idiot, can feel better now he will probably get nice chunk of your co., him and all the other "further" allocations the sleazey one made a deal with before us.
