With more than $100 BILLION in the bank APL is in a complete different universe than PTSC with $5mio nest egg to defend itself against worldwide leading companies in order to survive!

And to call an attempt by a powerful hedge funds a "shareholder suit" is misleading to say the least.

So the post and all the relating posts (including mine) should be moved where they belong to: either in the trash basket or to the OT board.
