First, i was only adding a little humor, as if you draw the plan up in crayon first.

second, if they really did settle at the 59 million, at .11 cents for the stock and only one infringer , imo that would be a good start.

Third you are correct , as we are not settling tomorrow, it could look like a weaker position.
