Lastly, the "Staff" on multiple occasions does not think there is an actual dispute for many of the claim terms. They choose the Respondent's terms because those terms were previously construed in prior litigation. And for a couple of them TPL doesn't even think they need to be construed. I think we are trying to get absolute clarity at the ITC. I think the only one we have to be concerned about is the "directly" section, but who knows ?
