BaNoss, there is also another initial Markman construction by TPL (Agility). There are some terms that we are arguing against what the staff has adopted, but the noncontrollable section is not included. It gets a little fuzzy but we are attempting to argue each point. IMO the staff hasn't damaged us as the noncontrollable section is not included, butthere are other terms where they agree with the Respondents (defendants).
