I agree. I don't think it hurts us per se, but TPL does not want absolute terms being used that are not supported by the intrinsic, and to a lesser extent, extrinsic evidence. I get that. It provides litigators an opening to argue and TPL does not want that. All of the major facts are still in our favor.
