That is good news, in that it eliminates the pressure of two trials running simultaneoulsy. And the NDOC trial may not be needed as a result of actions at the USITC.

Considering the Staff input to the USITC Markman, I think it will take a miracle for the USITC respondents to avoid infringement of at least one claim of the 336. And one claim is all we need for a verdict in our favor.
