Well, as I skeptically wrote in my initial post, "I doubt it" also, but thought I'd throw out the question for discussion.

By the same token, there are plenty of things that our company has done that I would have said "I doubt it" about as well, yet unfortunately, in their finite wisdom, they saw fit to do, lol. So perhaps, in this case, my skepticism will be rewarded with typical contradiction and we'll see a settlement agreed to in the $100M range! Yeah....that's the ticket!
