TPL is supposed to file the required documents "unsealed" within 14 days of ruling. A couple of procedural questions I'm hoping you can respond to:

  1. Order was dated 2/15, but not filed until 2/18. Which is the effective clock starting date?
  2. Order says to file in 14 days. Are those calendar or business days?
