It doesn't sound like the Commission Investigative Staff's Rebuttal Markman Brief has read/considered any of the arguments in the Complaintants' Responsive Claim Construction Brief. Almost an exact carbon copy of their initial input. ???

Some of the refined arguments in our Responsive Brief I thought were very persuasive, so surprised there is no reference to those arguments only those contained in the initial brief. ????
