I agree. I read the terms and nothing has changed. I did note the "close call" commentary by the Staff. The claim is what it is so far and with Judge Grewal making his decision, the Staff recommending the same, hopeffuly Grewal's persuasive authority along with the Staff's recomendation will persuade Gildea to make the same call. I sent the claims to my EE contact for review FWIW. When is the ITC Markman again?
