1) Which patent would this cover? The `336?

and you say ``Also, Russel Fish has hired an attorney in Dallas to represent him and TPL has been paying him money. You have to wonder why the attorney and why the payment from TPL. Does Fish have something that TPL doesn`t want to get out or does Fish have some issue with PTSC or TPL? Is Fish working with one of the infringers?``

2) Why would Fish accept payments from TPL if he is working with the infringers?
