So, in your opinion, is that likely to happen at this stage of the game or is it likely the judge would simply wait for trial to conclude....considering how near the date really is? I am just wondering if, after a complainants victory in the Markman, the accused have reason to fear a near term judgement of infringement or having gone this far....they will go the distance. Ultimately, I am trying to guess when real money might enter the game for PTSC.
