Can you clarify if these last few filings by TPL for extension of discovery, etc. that have come at what was supposed to be the deadline for them to file the unsealed filings that they and Acer had attempted to have sealed, are either what was anticipated to be filed, or in place to what was supposed to be filed in an effort to gain more time?
