I understand what you are saying and it makes sense although I'm not an expert in the field. Do you know where and what date the filings were made that have the infringement contentions in either the NDoC or ITC? I'd like to take a look at them and send onto my contact. If you are referrencing a snippet from another filing then no need to assist. Thanks for any help provided.
