A couple private, one is about the Acer daughter board schematics evidence production which is the same issue in the NDoC re Acer's document production shennanigans. A public ITC filing re ZTE equesting further clarification on infringement contentions re I/O and USB components (which TPL met) and other I/O processes that connect to other devices that TPL does not get into detail. The Staff recommends ZTEs motion be denied, but if/when the time comes TPL will have to address the detail of the non-USB devices at a later date.
