that the BOD voting for Board Seats is specifically calculated by "Plurality" vote, but the Board's "Advisory" Proposals (which are side issues anyway) they are allowing to be tallied by "Majority" vote ?
Everyone should certainly vote, (because if you don't they will vote them for you), but this really makes the poignant point of these folks not wanting to give Shareholder's Majority voting power over important issues, including the ability to throw them out of the Boardroom, when, since they run for these seats uncontested, they can be elected with only one vote by using the Plurality system.
So, they are picking and choosing the Plurality voting method which best will protect them keeping their jobs, and allowing a Majority voting method for their own Proposals which they inform us are merely an "Advisory" result anyway.
Laughable, but not unexpected by this crew.
