Most of the significant terms remain. There are a few less important terms whose construction is now agreed to by all parties.
Not too much help. However, since some of those agreed constructions are not exactly what we wanted, it highlights the fact that even if we do not get the exact wording we want, that doesn't necessarily mean the other side has won anything. That is the take away as I see it. For the remaining terms, hopefully the judge will give more weight to our construction arguments, since they are more logical and reasonable than the inputs from respondents, imo.
