You are correct as I recall also. That was years ago and since that time, tpl has gained much knowledge and also has done a great deal of reverse engineering. So much, that the itc has launched an investigation. My view it goes a lot deeper presently.

We are not presently going after arm cores from arm or for that fact, the manufacturers of those cores. qualcomm, lsi texas instrument. etc. We are going after the companies that incorporate those chips in their products.
