Of course settlement’s amounts would have to grow and I think in this cases it would jump to huge amounts all at once until we get a court ruling and settlement…. Growing amounts send a message to the other 100’s of infringers…which we do not have the time or resources to take all of them court… even in the current situation… with 13 companies.. the amount of data and court actions may get to be a large task… someone like Ron may be able to comment on that item….

It is like lions chasing antelope… so many antelope… they start running the speed increases as the lions get closer the fear increase right now many of the antelope have little fear…

So would be great a 10,000,000 plus settlement……
