Entirely unassociated with the ongoing and direct Legal technical challenges TPL and our MMP legal team have been combating in the courtroom...

Unwise risk-taking, poor analysis, faulty decisionmaking, weak credibility, and a history of failed performance by the Leadership of this company have magnified and intensified the risks PTSC investors have unnecessarily been subjected to.
