Could it be that the T's held off at first on that motion/request to save it for a more strategic and opportune time. That time would be now as the deadline for summary judgement is tommorrow. If Tpl was planning on one....wouldn't they now holdup to see how Grewel would respond to the request for reconsideration? Delay being the ultimate motive.
