I made a prior post todat citing a section of my post regarding a debtor who has initiated litigation and their right to continue the process. Essentially there is no automatic stay for a debtor who initiated it. I can read quickly and skim material. I made the effort to google Bankruptcy and International Trade Commission and skimmed/read the article. I suggest you make an effort to do the same. You need to relax. You've posted left and right attacking posters. Why?
