TPL is also our JV partner and part owner of the MMP; and the JV is already operating under a "Going Concern" determination.

There are a number of mechanical gymnastics that will flow resulting from their filing, not that the pieces weren't already prepared for; but still, there will be others too.

Also, keep in mind that PTSC (as an entity) is also a Party to all our current litigation.
