Who pays for our attorneys to continue all current litigation. PTSC, 100%? Can we afford that and pay Cliff at the same time?

The metholdolgy under which the Leckys have operated in the past would have been to settle the numerous litigations under way at this time to amass enough cash to stave off Chapter 11. So either that avenue of rev. did not work or they did not attempt it hoping to strike it big and come out of 11 stronger.

Regarding money they owe Brown. If we do win our cases then the creditors of TPL will have first crack at their earnings or winnings. Brown, will still get his if there is any to get.
