Timing??....As compelling as the act of filing for Bankruptcy Reorganization is, I'm very interested into the "Timing" of the act itself. Why now? On the eve of a crucial decision by the ITC Judge affecting many parties and PTSC Shareholders in particular, TPL springs this act.
While the eventuality of TPL filing for BK Re-org was always in my mind, am curious as to the why now aspect. I have some ideas but I would be speculating.
