LOL .. Apparently you missed that this is a blanket BK form, used for all BK chapter types .. 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13

That form has questions on it designed for all the different Filing applications

LOL, I doubt many, if any, Chap 11 filers fill out the application and say "NO funds for distribution to unsecured Creditors". Ya think ??

Think it would be a good strategy going into the Creditor's meeting seeking approval of your Reorganization plan and having checked the box that says you're NOT going to pay them back ?? REALLY ???
