so, 4 months (end of July) at the earliest....Works for me

I'm more pessimistic that all of the creditors can agree on a plan, get a Court Date anytime soon (another 3-6 months guessestimate), then litigate..stall...litigate some more..stall..etc..

TPL's legal proceedings could very well extend deep into 2014. By then PTSC should be riding high or bankrupt itself..lol
