if the Creditors submit a competing plan, or objectively show the Debtor's plan will fail or don't collectively agree go along, the Plan can be rejected and it can cause some asset liquidations or even become a forced Chap 7 liquidation. Depending if the Creditors are in a Secured position or not also helps to determine the leverage of the Debtor about having his plan accepted by the courts and crammed down the throat of the creditors.

I think there will be many twists and turns yet in TPL's BK in the next few months, and that PTSC will play a supporting role.
