Important Retraction of "My last point" Re: "I'm not sure that an ITC Order can be totally enforced, or even 50% enforced given direct delivery imports."

I'm retracting my last point as it was pointless. I know that even if imports are packaged in China for delivery to individuals in the US, all the individual units would be consolidated during shipping and a bill of lading would be required. So high percentage import enforcement would not be that difficult if the ITC ruling calls for one.
