To the highs of 2006? I can't make a case for that, given PTSC's terminal outlook, the declining number of potential customers (= inevitable declining license revenue), and the legal costs of proving infringement in each customer's case. Remember, even if we get a favorable ITC ruling, each case would still stand on its own merits.
So depending on the average price of our holdings, we might need to double down to make better than a nice profit. Doubling down is not without risk, but it might be a relatively low cost risk at this SP point.
Sorry, this may sound like pumping, but I have no intention of doubling down.
