Notice, PTSC SHAREHOLDERS are the only ones that ever seem to be PAYING for peace. Ex-CEO's get paid hundreds of thousands from PTSC shareholders' treasury for peace. Ex-merger partners get paid millions from PTSC shareholders' treasury for peace. Ex-alleged of fraud-but-current patent owner partners get paid hundreds of thousands from PTSC shareholders' treasury for peace.

I certainly wouldn't prefer that Moore still be battling TPL. And as you say, in the big scheme of things, $125K per year for up to 4 years doesn't seem like that much, especially when compared to tens or even hundreds of millions in MMP revenues. Is seems so little, in fact, that you'd think TPL, or Alliacense could've covered it no problem, now doesn't it.

That is REAL unfortunately for you and me.
