Looks like we've been generous enough to give TPL a hand in paying Chuck Moore back the money that TPL snaked out of him? How nice of our BOD to agree to such terms.

Why wouldn't the $250K come 100% out of TPL's portion of the proceeds?! Better yet, why wouldn't a deal be cut that in no way took MORE money out of PTSC's current or future license revenue, satisfied TPL's debt to Chuck and eliminated Chuck from the picture altogether?!

Since the money is coming from PDS' pocket, and not TPL's or Alliacense's pocket, it's begs the question, why is there's no $250,000 annual amount being set aside to pay PTSC shareholders an annual dividend similar to Chuck's "annual dividend"?
