Thank. Did oversee this two discussions.

But I did not find any further definition of this payment. Therefore - in my opinion - it is not sure, that this is "contingency license". So it could also be royalties, which we are going to see regularly in the future ... which what be good news I think ...

As said - only some thoughts, I don't know ...
